Terms of service.

Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms cover enquiries and any separately agreed digital services.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee availability or require payment. Services are offered on a project-by-project basis. Scope, deliverables, turnaround times and fees in Australian dollars are agreed before paid work begins.

Project arrangements

Any accepted project will have its own written agreement or agreed written scope. Client-supplied content should be lawful and should not infringe third-party rights. Requests may be declined if they fall outside the studio's capacity or scope.

Fees and delivery

Fees and payment milestones, if any, are communicated before a project is accepted. For digital deliverables, the applicable delivery method, revision allowance and permitted use are established in the project agreement. This website does not currently take direct payments.

No guarantees

Information on this site describes potential services, not guaranteed outcomes or performance. All services are subject to the scope of the specific agreement.

Australian consumer protections

Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
